国际授权（中国）焊接企业资格认证委员会(CANBCC)是由中国焊接培训与资格认证委员会(CANB)组建的，负责焊接企业国际资格认证的组织，是在中国负责实施IIW国际统一的焊接企业资格认证体系的唯一组织机构。

    CANBCC的宗旨是在中国建立、实施与推广一套完整的、统一的、先进的、与国际接轨的焊接企业资格认证体系，为中国焊接企业参与国际竞争，从而提高我国焊接相关产品、工程和技术服务的国际市场竞争力。

主要任务：

1. 在国际焊接学会（IIW）就焊接企业资格认证领域代表中国利益，并承担相应的责任和义务。
2. 在中国授权焊接参与评审机构，按照国际焊接学会（IIW）组织和实施焊接企业评审活动，并向合格企业颁发相应的国际焊接学会资质证书。
3. 建立、保存和管理焊接认证企业信息档案。
4. 组织对中国焊接企业资格认证的调查和研讨，制定在中国实施国际焊接企业资格认证的政策，并为政府有关部门决策提供咨询。
5. 组织焊接企业进行质量管理等方面的学习和交流，总结推广先进的管理经验。

组织机构：
    CANBCC委员会是本组织的最高权力机构，是由主席，副主席和委员组成的。委员会的职能由委员会全体会议的形式体现。具体工作和日常活动由CANBCC执行委员会负责管理。

    CANBCC执委会在全体会议闭会期间，行使全体会议的职权。执委会是一个独立的，由多方面代表组成的委员会，它应代表多方面的利益，任何一方不能处于支配地位。

    执委会的常设办事机构为秘书处。秘书处由秘书长领导，负责执行执委会决议，处理本组织日常事务。

    根据工作需要，下设评审委员会和投诉与申诉委员会。

    评审委员会主要负责对申请评审员与技术专家的人员进行资格审查，对其合格的人员在准备会议后进行专业面试。同时负责对授权的PAB进行评审。

    投诉与申诉委员会负责处理认证企业或PAB对CANBCC的评审活动进行的投诉和申诉。

Chinese Authorized National Body for Company Certification (CANBCC) is an organization founded by Chinese Welding Training and Qualification committee (CANB) to implement and authorized by International Institute of Welding (IIW) to implement IIW Manufacturer Certification Scheme for the Management of Quality in Welding.

The purpose is to establish, implement and promote a comprehensive, unified, advanced welding manufactures certification in China for Chinese enterprises to participate in international competition so as to enhance competition of Chinese welding products, engineering and technical services.

The organization's main role is to:
1.On behalf of China and undertake corresponding responsibilities and obligations in IIW
2.Authorize Participating Assessment Bodies in China, conduct assessment of Manufacturer and issue the certification of qualified Manufacturer
3.Found, save and manage the certified manufacture archive
4.Organize the survey and discussion of welding companies, to establish the policy and offer advice for government departments
5.Organize the training and exchange of quality management, sum up the advanced management experience

CANB Committee is the Organization's supreme authority and consist of chairman, vice-chairman and members. The term of reference for CANBCC Committee is realized in the form of the plenary session of the committee. CANBCC Governing Board conducts the specific work and regular activities.

CANBCC Governing Board will exercise of powers of Committee when the Committee is close, CANBCC Governing Board is an independent organisation composed of representatives of the major interests; it represents the major interests involved, no interest shall predominate.

CANBCC Secretariat is the standing body of CANBCC Governing Board. It leaded by the Scheme Manager and carry out the resolutions of CANBCC Governing Board and daily works

Set up the “CANBCC Evaluation Committee for Assessors and Technical Experts” and “Appeal & Compliant Committee” to meet the requirement of operation.

“CANBCC Evaluation Committee for Assessors and Technical Experts” is responsible for checking applicant Assessors and Technical Experts’ qualification, and implement Professional Interview for the qualified person after orientation meeting. It’s also responsible for assessing PAB.

“Appeal & Compliant Committee” is responsible for the handling the received complaint and appeal from certified company or PAB regarding the assessment activities of CANBCC.
