Abstract：The paper introduces the training specification and the implement method of International Welding Engineer (IWE), International Welding Technologist (IWT), International Welding Specialist (IWS) and International Welding Practitioner (IWP) which has been carried out for some years, and introduces the training specification and the implement method of International Welder（IW）and International Welding Inspection Personnel (IWIP), which are about to be carried out.
