Abstract：This paper introduces Harbin Welding Training Institute (WTI Harbin) how to promote actively the development of international welding training and qualification system in China. It unites widely industrial organizations and universities to serve the development of industry; expands actively the field of training to fulfill the company’s demand; establishes cooperation training base with universities and training body around the country; builds resource sharing platform to promote new technologies and equipments; associates with professional media and holds a variety of promotional activities. WTI Harbin has got the outstanding achievements which the total number of international diplomas awarded ranks the second in the world and meanwhile advances the internationalization of welding company certification.
