Abstract With the rapidly expand of global economic and technological integration, Chinese enterprises walk with quick steps toward the international market and their demands of the international welding talents also increasing. This paper gives the points of cooperation with universities co-cultured International Welding Engineer (IWE) is the most effective ways in cultivating international and engineering welding talents at present, after reviewing national welding engineering personnel training mode. And it introduces the exploration and practices of WTI Harbin cooperation with universities co-cultured International Welding Engineer (IWE) for past decade.
