Abstract：Since reform and opening, the level of welding science and technology has obtained a very great increase in our country, and the important welding production that are honored as ”the first in the world ” have been manufactured in china. After our entry to WTO, the international competition is becoming more and more severe; and the key of enterprise product competition is the talent competition. The paper analyses the present situation of various welding personnel education and training through detailed investigation, and points out that we must strengthen continuous education and professional education, establish the perfect welding training system as fast as possible by means of using the experience of other countries for reference besides attaching importance to the basic education in universities. |
